Refund & Returns Policy

At Stil Sunday, we offer returns on all full-priced items for store credit.

How to Return Your Items:

1. Contact us at shop.stilsunday@gmail.com with your order number and request a returns form.


Important Information:

• Returned courier costs are not covered by Stil Sunday. We recommend using a tracked method of courier (preferably Aramex) to ensure we receive your item. Stil Sunday is not liable for returns lost in transit.
• All returns are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your return has been processed and approved, we will email you a store credit gift card, which can be used within a 12-month period storewide.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Worn, damaged, or used items.
• Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
• Items purchased on sale.
• Items returned without a returns form.

Refund Policy:

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a refund. Please note that all refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
