DELIVERY DELAY

PLEASE BE ADVICE,

I have been undergoing medical treatment for almost 2 years, on the 12th of August I had an emergency procedure & have been placed on bed rest. Additionally, I suffer from a severe mental illness & have been unable to contact my customers when admitted into a mental institution. I feel it is necessary to be transparent about this even though it is extremely difficult.

I am sorry for neglecting to contact all remaining customers to reassure you that order is still in manufacturing and will be ready in time with regards to my lead time for production. We are sending out as many orders possible during this time.

Im also at the mercy of my CMT & unfortunately they tend to prolong manufacturing deadlines.

I ask for your patience & support during this time as I understand that this has become extremely inconvenient.
