Lead Time Policy for Manufacturing and Delivery

- Standard Lead Time:

1. In-Stock Items (UNAVAILABLE CURRENTLY)

- Processing Time: Orders for items that are in stock will be processed and dispatched the same day. *Cape Town & outlying areas will take 1-3 working days to be delivered via our courier DPD 

• We are working towards having stock on hand so that dispatch will occur on the same day. 

2. Out-of-Stock & SALE Items:

- Processing Time / Manufacturing / Restocking: Out-of-stock items will be manufactured and restocked within 3/4 weeks. 
*Cape Town & outlying areas will take 1-3 working days to be delivered via our courier DPD 

• All garments are made to order, therefore we have extended our lead time due to the excessive demand, please be patient as I am at the mercy of my CMT (PRODUCTION) & sometimes they can not meet the required deadlines as they have other clients too. 

- Notes:

- Working Days: Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Notifications: Customers will receive email notifications with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

- Exceptions:

- In cases of unexpected delays due to factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions, transport disruptions), we will inform customers as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
