Purchase and Usage:

1. Gift Cards can be purchased online through our website.
2. Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively on our website for any of our products.
3. The value of the Gift Card can be applied to your purchase at checkout.

Refunds:

1. No Refunds: Once a Gift Card has been sent to you via email in exchange for items not delivered / failed to manufacture it cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
2. Special Condition for Gifting: If you have purchased a Gift Card as a gift for a loved one and wish to return it before it has been redeemed, we offer a full cash refund. Please contact our customer service team with your order details for assistance.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Gift Cards do not expire and do not incur any fees.
2. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
3. If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be available for future purchases.
4. If your order total exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid with another payment method.
